Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 14 Day Return And Exchanges Policy, which means the client must raise all return requests within 14 days of receiving the delivery.
Please contact us via Email [[email protected]] and state your reason for refund or exchange, and we will try our best to accommodate you.
After this period, we do not offer any returns or exchanges.
Fosom reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the return requirement.
We will send rejected items back to the original shipping address.
To avoid this, please contact our Customer Care team to address any issues or concerns.
If you are interested in a different color or size, we suggest purchasing the correct item right away and returning your original item.
Shipping and return costs are not refundable if the return is not due to our error.
If customers receive the wrong item or damaged product, please contact support and prepay shipping for reimbursement.
DUTIES & TAXES
Customs and Duties are to be paid at the time of clearance.
The customer is responsible for Customs/Duties and any documents required by Customs Officials.
Compensation for shipping or tariffs cannot exceed the purchase price of the goods.
We recommend using online tools to estimate Customs Duties & Taxes.
